Acer Iconia Tab A510 Launched with Tegra 3 Quad-Core Processors
It was not just Acer Iconia Tab A700 was announced from Acer at CES 2012 but Acer also showcased the upcoming Iconia Tab A510 tablet with a little appearance. This tablets adds to dozen of tablets announced during the CES 2012 week and you can check out the devices launched during CES 2012 in brief.
The Iconia Tab A510 was leaked very early during November 2011 and it’s on show at CES 2012. It will be sporting a 10.1 inches display and most of the specifications are same as that of Iconia Tab A700. The only major difference what we spotted out was the reduction of display resolution to 1280 x 800 pixel from 1920 x 1200 screen. Also performance wise A510 faired a little less than A700 in the results. It’s expected that it will be powered with Android 4.0, the latest Android operating system version providing a complete makeover to the existing Android Honeycomb versions and so this tablet with be altogether different from first generation of Acer tablets. Interestingly users would be happy to see this tablet with quad core CPU.
Acer Iconia Tab A700 and A510 both are in talk as the second generation Iconia Tabs, moreover it will be with quad core processor from NVIDIA Tegra 3. The tablet is little smaller and thinner as like the other Acer Iconia Tabs.
