as of now you cannot connect as a usb camera, once we find any such method we will come out with the same!
You have to download ip webcam and also download the yahoo messenger app for android is what i used and then it should ask you if you want to download video and audio calling from the yahoo messenger and you’ll be good to go.

you need to make use of that particular suite app so as to make use of ip cam, otherwise its not possible!
