  3. can u suggest me the Best phone of Android no problem if its price is more than above but under 10k.
    And If i am buying any one from above listed so will it will able to handle the more processes such as reading the PDF, HQ video , better processing as i think due to their low cost there processor speed will be low.
    So Suggest the Best one that can i go for .But ONLY GSM not CDMA
