Asus Malaysia Priced Transformer Prime at RM 2199

The Asus Transformer Prime is the latest tablet released by Asus released in December 2011. This tablet is yet to be launched in various parts of the world and Asus is striving hard to bring to various countries as possible. Asus also updated Transformer Prime with the official Ice Cream Sandwich on the air for the existing users and its nice device to try out the experience of Ice Cream Sandwich, which is counted as the major update of the Android development which brings a lot of serious improvements.

Transformer Prime Arrives in Malaysia

Asus best produced Transformer Prime will be launched in Malaysia and this announcement comes as the surprise because it was China who was expected to get the first touch of it by this month end. But we have reports that Asus Transformer Prime will arrive Malaysia on January 23rd itself. Earlier the price of it was not announced but an hour later of the launch the device is slated to be priced at RM 2,199. Its still unclear that this tablet will come with the official Ice Cream Sandwich pre-installed or it will be with the default Android 3.2 Honeycomb OS. If it comes with 3.2 Honeycomb then Asus will certainly provide an update to it very soon.

 

Asus Transformer Prime

This price is for the 32 GB Wi-Fi version of this and this is coincidently the same price at where the Apple iPad is been sold. Asus is also selling the Transformer Prime 16 GB Wi-Fi version including the keyboard dock at RM 1,799. Apart from the availability of the Asus Transformer Prime, there is no news or the announcement for the availability of TF 201 and TF700T Android tablets.

So, its up to the users to choose Apple iPad or the Asus Transformer Prime, consider both comes at the same price.
