Google’s big plan for putting Android in cars has started, this Android will run on hardware built directly into the car instead of your Smart phone. This will give you access to the music, navigation, entertainment and communication functions available on your Smart phone device. Recently Audi announced LTE for selected models.

Before this, Apple has introduced its iOS in the car, supported by BMW, Daimler and others, so we can consider this move from Google as rivalry. Google needs to consider domestic car makers also before anyone else gets there. We will remain dubious until a demo gets in our way. This tie up gets underway in Las Vegas on 7th of January, but we are not sure if Google will make this partnership official.

We could not find any more details about this, but with CES very close by we can expect to hear from Google very soon. One can expect this to be a major improvement in the technology field making life simpler and easier, but again we cannot predict that until we come with a demo of its working.

We are pretty much excited to get this news and hoping to see automobiles running with Android very soon. Do check out for the updates about this when Audi showcases the actual development very soon.
