Dell Streak runs on Nvidia Tegra T20 dual-core 1GHz processor which is pretty good and works fine with normal browsing etc but lags a bit on high graphic gaming. If you are planning to buy Dell Streak you better look at other options like the galaxy tab 2 7.0.

Reliance 3G tab has an impressive screen resolution but a below par ram with just 512 MB ram and with reliance 3G connectivity the company says we can view live tv without buffering and the 3400 mAh battery gives you very good battery life to enjoy your tab on the go with 3G connectivity.
BSNL has introduced a 7 inch tablet device which supports 2G and 3G sim cards to give 3G internet connectivity, Bsnl has included a Cortex A8 processor of 1 GHz with a DDR3 RAM of 512 MB. It has an internal memory of 4 GB and includes a microSD memory card slot which supports up to 32 GB of external memory. It is a decent Tablet device which has a 4000 mAh battery giving upto 6 hrs of use age. It is a good options if you want a cheaper tablet device.
