The saga of the cheapest Android tablet PC continues as the Aakash tablet flops the show. Byond Mobiles enters in to Tablet PC marketing sector following the huge success of Micromax tablets. Micromax currently is # 1 in terms of tablet PC sold occupying 18 % of the market share leaving behind top manufacturers like Apple, Samsung and Sony. This success of Micromax is only to the fact that Indian users are more concerned about the pricing rather than the features or specifications of the device. Micromax has launched a series of tablets with Funbook, Funbook Pro, Funbook Infinity and Funbook Alpha. Here comes Byond with their debut Android tablet and they are planned to come up with more tablets in coming weeks.
