Hi. Someone just gave me an Android phone and I’m trying to understand it. I don’t know anything about Root Access or Rooting but my understanding that this is to make the Android device more configurable.

Anyway I don’t think my Android phone gives me root access. It is a Meizu M9 on Software version 2.0.6-12169. Anyway instructions on how to root the device would be very much appreciated.

    Thank you.
