Google has pushed a minor update to the Google Now launcher which comes with the minor bug fixes. Though, there are no visible changes, many developers are mentioning that this update may come up with some hidden functionalities which will be unlocked in the next update which will bring in support for new devices along with some new features. While there are tons of new launchers available in the App store of which the latest ones are Snapdragon launcher and Firefox launcher. It now seems like Google Experience launcher is now Google Now launcher which has been renamed. This launcher seems to be one of the simplest launchers which also comes with the tons of meaningful features which deserves a try in your Android device.
Features of Google Now Launcher:
Google Now launcher comes with the new name to start up when you open the launcher and then it houses 6 columns on the tablet screens which has been increased from earlier 5. This new app also fixed the disappearing icon in the hot seat bug and also the app drawer no longer resets the first page when its resetted. Air BNB reservations are now supporting the Google Now launcher. Voice volume is now dependent on the media volume and instead customized the TV provider and on demand options. This launcher ropes in the Card launcher UI which also have the Google Home setup app installed to see the Google Now launcher. Google Now Launcher has been by default installed in the Nexus 5 smartphones. Removing the Google Home stub and clearing search app data might fix it.
