Material design is the new lingo from Google which will be showcased in the upcoming Android L release. The radical change in the UI is that the app descriptions now went full screen and also the change log which were not as visible as now. Top most portion of the app now facilitates the video review of that particular app. last update date, APK size, version, “Top Developer” text, and content are now in the full description section of apps, not on the main listing page. This APK is officially signed by Google and by installing this app will replace your existing version of Google PLAY Store to give you the new redefined design of Material Design.
Though, you may not see visible change in terms of colors used yet, very soon in the coming updates to come, we will see more of the material design both in terms of colors used and design.
