French-based handset maker Echo Mobiles launched two new devices with panoramic display in Europe named as Echo Horizon and Echo Horizon Lite. The panoramic display format first released the Samsung & LG brands, which has introduced the 18:9 aspect ratio for the LG G6 and the 18.5:9 aspect ratio for the Samsung Galaxy S8. After that, many manufacturers have been following full-vision display technology on their devices like Micromax, Leagoo, Doopro, Doogee, Blackview, Konka, and more. The Echo Horizon is priced at 169.90 euros, while the lighter version is offered the cost of 129.90 euros, which would start the shipments in next month (October) onwards.
Both smartphones are identically similar specifications apart from few changes. These two models offer a 5.7-inch HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ration and has used the IPS screen technology instead of OLED screen. Also, both devices come packed with a 2.5D curved glass included at the top, which provides a smooth & gentle touch experience. Under the hood, the Echo Horizon is packed with a 1.5GHz MediaTek MT6750T octa-core processor coupled with Mali T880 graphics, while the lighter version is gotten with a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor paired with Mali T720 graphics.
Both smartphones would have a dual SIM support packed with 4G LTE network, and other standard connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB Type-C port and more. These two devices are running on the Android 7.0 Nougat operating system out of the box. The Echo Horizon smartphone comes with a 32GB of onboard storage supporting a 3GB of RAM, which is further expandable up to 128GB, while the Horizon Lite smartphone packed with a 16GB of internal storage accompanied by 2GB of RAM, which also supports microSD card slot up to 32GB.
The Echo Horizon smartphone is packed with four cameras two are in the front, and other two are on the rear side which contains 13MP + 2MP rear sensor and 8MP + 2MP front snapper. While the light version of Echo Horizon phone packed with an 8MP primary camera and 5MP front-facing camera. The Echo Horizon comes packed with a 2940mAh capacity battery, while Horizon Lite offered the 3,000mAh capacity battery. Both smartphones equipped with a fingerprint sensor located on the rear side for unlocking a device. According to pricing, these two models offered the affordable pricing than recently launched Wiko View smartphone which is priced at around 180 euros.
