Procedure to Fix Force Close Error in Gingerbread XXJVT 2.3.5 Firmware:
- Before proceeding you need to root the phone which you can do from the below mentioned link.

- Once rooting is done, you need to download XXJVT Fix Zip file in your computer and then you need to connect the phone to the computer using the USB Cable which you have got at the time of purchase.
- After this you need to copy the zip file which you have downloaded in your computer to your phone and then disconnect the phone from the computer and turn Off the phone.
- After this you need to start your phone in the recovery mode. The recovery mode can be entered by pressing Volume UP Key+ OK button, and holding both simultaneously press the Power Button. Refer below video to know more on how to enter into the recovery mode.

- In the recovery mode, you need to select “install zip from SD card” and then press power button. Now select “choose zip from sd card” this will show the list of files which are there in your phone. From this list you need to select the file which is named as “”.
- After this you need to wait for a while till the update is applied into your phone. As soon as the update is applied successfully the device will either get restarted on its own or will again land up in the recovery mode screen. If it enters into the recovery mode then you need to choose “ ++++ Go Back ++++ ” to get back to the main menu and then choose to “reboot system now” to restart the phone.
- Now, after this turn Off the phone and enter into the recovery mode by pressing Volume UP Key+ OK button, and holding both simultaneously press the Power Button. In the recovery mode, select “Wipe Data / factory Reset” and then choose “Wipe Cache” and also clear the “Dalvik Cache” so that all the cache files are cleared off.
Note: Please note that after clearing the cache from the recovery mode you will have to reconfigure the APN settings after updating the firmware to access the data services and the Internet services as all the Internet APN settings will be reset.
