Samsung Galaxy SIV comes with 2GB of RAM and Samsung Galaxy Note 2 too comes with 2GB of RAM but when you talk of internal memory, then Samsung Galaxy Note 2 comes with 16/32/64 GB of internal memory and Galaxy S IV comes with the same internal memory options 16/32/64 GB. Both Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Samsung Galaxy S IV comes with the external memory card slot.

Battery Life:
While Samsung Galaxy S4 comes with the 2600 Mah of Battery Life, Samsung Galaxy Note 2 comes with mere 3100Mah of battery life. So, in a nutshell if you are into 3G gaming, internet browsing, music playback, a few Youtube videos, then it’s better to opt for Samsung Note 2. But with bigger screen of Galaxy Note 2, it might just drain the battery faster than the Galaxy S IV.
