How to Use S Finder on Samsung Galaxy S6 – Guide

S finder helps to browse all contents present in your phone. With Air command, access S Finder that navigates and identifies all your handwritten notes such as formula, hand-written symbols in personal contents, including items in Contacts, Gallery, S Notes, Action Memos, Communication threads etc.

There is also the option to use a selection of web search engines from within S-Finder, but the focus is primarily on content you already have.

Steps to Use S Finder

  1. Open the Notification Panel by swiping from the top of the screen to the bottom to access S Finder from any menu or application.
  2. Now swipe to the left.

  3. Select the “S Finder.”

  4. Enter a keyword in the search box to begin searching for your query.

  5. Narrow your results by swiping down and touching the icons under the search box to filter your search results by content Category, Time, Location, or Tag.
    In the example below, Images filter is added to narrow the search.

  6. Note – You can remove a filter by touching next to the filter name.
