HTC Desire – Steps to Install Custom ROM Android 2.3 Gingerbread Villain Firmware

    Everything went well, selected “Install ROM from SD Card” the phone restarted than selected “Reboot System Now” but nothing showed up apart from the black.. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
