The HTC One X is the latest smartphone in the market with a quad core processor and has been in the buzz for quite sometime. Considering it to be the most powerful smartphone ever, the phone received great success after its launch until the Galaxy SIII from Samsung released. With a brilliant display, Beats Audio and quad core processing power, the HTC One X has a great build design too. Though the specifications of the Galaxy SIII are almost the same, the HTC One X still beats it in many aspects right from the Sense UI on the One X while the Sensation XL from HTC is a high-end Android phone from HTC, which comes with Beats Audio and a gorgeous 4.7 inch screen on it.

They are the back, home and options/shortcut button while the HTC Sensation XL has grand looks and the standard four Android button setup is present on the HTC Sensation XL, as touch capacitive buttons in the bottom, just like usual Android phones. There is the Home, options, back and the search button on the bottom of the phone.
Do remember that the HTC One X comes with Beats audio as well, just like the HTC Sensation XL. While the HTC Sensation XE has some interesting color highlights like the four capacitive buttons lighting up in red, the earpiece on the top and the camera ring covered in red, there aren’t any interesting or specific features like this on the HTC One X or the HTC Sensation XE.

While the HTC One X shoots video at 1080p full HD 1080p resolution, we would expect the HTC Sensation XL to do the same too, like every other phone in its segment ( including its own younger brother, HTC Sensation XE ) it has to be noted that there is only 720p recording on the HTC Sensation XL. But HTC has packed a small new feature with the Sensation XL which might be pretty cool to use at times, slow motion recording at 2X speeds. Though it might not be useful at all in day to day use, HTC has tried to do something to the camera to give a little more to its users as they aren’t providing 1080p recording support.
Also, note that there is a secondary camera on both the devices. The front camera is a 1.3MP one on the Sensation XL while the HTC One X has a 1.3Megapixel camera on the front. This is used for normal camera purposes, by various camera based apps or for video calling via Skype, Google Talk etc.
The HTC One X’s front camera can shoot video at 720p HD resolution. The Motorola Droid RAZR and Sony Xperia S are some other phones whose front camera can shoot video at HD 720p resolution.

The HTC One X is the most powerful Android smartphones available in the market as of date. With a quad core processor and really good Nvidia graphics, the One X has excellent multimedia features on it as well. Packed with Beats Audio driver and a pair of headphones, it provides the best experience to enjoy your movies or music on the go.
While the One X has all the features one would desire of in a high-end Android smartphone, the Sensation XL from HTC was the best alternative to go for from HTC right before the One X and even now is a cheaper alternative of the One X with almost the same set of features pretty much except the multimedia section.
Sensation XL is a great phone going by its build quality and it may look like there are only minute changes in the One X from the Sensation XL, but HTC has carefully stepped up the Multimedia section a lot in the One X.
If you want the best multimedia experience on your Android smartphone, go for nothing but the One X. Also with a bunch of quad core processors, the performance capabilities of the phone are very high. While on the other side, if all you want is a great Android phone with a large screen to enjoy some real good Music, the HTC Sensation XL makes a ogod buy considering you could save over 100$ by choosing the Sensation XL over the HTC One X.
