There aren’t many NFC enabled devices out there for the world though its possibilities are tremendous. Japan has NFC implemented in a huge scale all throughout their cities and is being used everyday by the common man out there for purchases, check ins and ticket payments. While even the Silicon Valley hasn’t adopted to it completely, Huawei wanted to implement it on their Android device, their cheapest Android Gingerbread device.
The Huawei Sonic is hitting the market in the near future branded as T20 and it is to be priced at around 215$. Two hundred and fifteen dollars for an NFC Enabled device looks totally amazing and market winning. Huawei better check on their build quality and they’re done with this device. I mean, looking at it from here, the pricing is absolutely a steal for what it packs on it.
With NFC and Gingerbread on board, the possibilities that are possible with this device are really high. With Google Wallet launching very soon, payments will be made really simple and easy to use. You could catch a demo of how it works on Google’s website as well, neat!
Huawei seems to be totally concentrating on low priced high spec. devices in the recent days and you might also take a look at the Huawei Glory here, which is yet another Gingerbread running device costing about 300$.
