A few days back, we have seen press renders of the upcoming Huawei P20 Lite 2019 smartphone that revealed that the device will be coming with a punch hole display and quad rear camera. Now the smartphone has leaked again revealing all its specs along with the pricing details. The handset will be going for sale starting from EUR 280 (approx USD 310) and should be unveiled on 21st of June in Midnight Black, Gradient Blue, and Charming Red color options.
Talking about the specs of the handset, it will be coming with a 6.4-inch IPS with Full HD+ (2340 × 1080 pixels) resolution and 19:5:9 aspect ratio along with 2.5D curved glass on top. Furthermore, there will be a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera and this lets the device offer more than 90 percent of screen-to-body ratio. There is also a fingerprint sensor on the rear and will also be supporting face unlocking to enhance security levels.
Under the hood, there is a 12nm HiSilicon Kirin 710 octa-core chipset clocked at 2.2GHz and comes coupled with Mali-G51 MP4 GPU. It will be coming out of the box with the latest Android 9 Pie operating system with the companies own EMUI 9.1 on top. The device will be launched in 4GB + 64GB and 4GB + 128GB storage options and the company might also bring other storage options too and it can be extended further up to 400GB via a microSD card. It measures 159.1 x 75.9 x 8.3 mm and weighs 178 grams.
Talking about the optics the P20 Lite 2019 will flaunt a 24MP main camera sensor along with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 2MP depth camera, and a 2MP macro camera. For selfies, there is a 16MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture. There is a 4000mAh battery on the smartphone with the support for 18W fast charging. The device is confirmed to launch in Europe as of now and rumored to be launched as Nova series in China.
