The Motorola DROID Razr was announced in October 2011 and was launched in November 2011.

It has 4.3 inch Super AMOLED capacitive multi touch screen with 16M colors. The display screen has resolution of 540 x 960 pixels with pixel density of 256 PPI.

It is powered with 1.2 GHz Dual-core Cortex-A9 processor platform which is coupled together with 1GB RAM. The Motorola DROID RAZR runs the Android 2.3.5 Ginger bread Operating System which can be upgradable to 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. It uses TI OMAP 4430 Chipset and the Graphic support is given by PowerVR SGX540 GPU.

The rear camera has 8MP sensor with photo resolution of 3264 x 2448 pixels. This camera includes Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection and image stabilization features and the front facing camera has 2MP sensor.

The DROID RAZR includes connectivity options such as GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspot and Bluetooth. This device packs Non-removable Li- Ion 1780 mAh battery.
