The Samsung Galaxy Nexus I9250 was announced in the month of October in 2011 and later it was launched in the month of November in 2011.

It has 4.65 inch Super AMOLED capacitive multi-touch screen with 16M colors which is protected with Oleophobic coating. The display screen has resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels with pixel density of 316 PPI.
It is featured with 1.2 GHz Dual core Cortex-A9 processor platform which is coupled together with 1GB RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Nexus I9250 runs the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Operating System. The graphic support is given by PowerVR SGX540 GPU and uses TI OMAP 4460 Chipset.

The rear camera has 5 MP sensor with auto focus and LED flash options which has photo resolution of 2592 x 1944 pixels. This camera includes Geo-tagging, touch focus, Face detection features. The front facing camera has 1.3 MP sensor which is used to make video call and to take self portraits.

The Galaxy Nexus I9250 includes connectivity options such as Bluetooth, USB, GPRS, EDGE and Wi-Fi. This device is powered with Li-Ion 1750 mAh battery.
