InFocus Bingo 21 with 2GB RAM & 5MP Selfie Camera Launched at Rs. 5,499

InFocus, which largely known for making LCD projectors and LCD flat panel touchscreens, is been releasing many smartphones from the past few months. Now the company has come up with a device dubbed as InFocus Bingo 21 and has launched this entry level handset in India. This device is priced at Rs. 5,499 and will be competing with Xiaomi’s Redmi 2 Prime and few other basic smartphones in similar price range. The device will be available exclusively online via Snapdeal.

Coming to the specifications part, the Infocus Bingo 21 flaunts a 4.5-inch (854×480 pixels) FWVGA display with On-Cell technology and 218ppi as pixel density. Under the hood, it packs 64-bit Spreadtrum SC9830 quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz paired with Mali 400 GPU and 2GB of RAM. It supports dual sim dual standby and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. It comes with 8GB of built-in storage and also includes a microSD card slot for further expansion upto 32GB.

On the camera front, the smartphone sports an 8MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera for video chats and selfie lovers. The front camera on the device is also accompanied with LED flash and is sure to attract lots of selfie lovers. Connectivity options on the device include 4G-LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS and a microUSB 2.0 port. The handset powers a 2300mAh battery that the company claims can easily last for an entire day of mixed usage. Its dimensions measure 136.8 x 67 x 10.82 mm and comes in White, Blue and Orange colour variants.

Recently, an unannounced high-end smartphone from Infocus called as with model number Infocus M820 has surfaced on GFXBench listing revealing most of the key specifications of the device. As per the listing, the smartphone features 5.7-inch 2K display, Snapdragon 652 octa-core SoC, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of onboard storage, 16MP primary camera, 13MP front snapper, 4G-LTE support and is expected to run on latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
