Lava has launched a budget Android smartphone in the form of Lava Iris 3G 356 which is priced at Rs. 4,499 in the Indian market, and it does come with the basic specs, but the good Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. The main selling point for this device is the seamless 3G connectivity and the direct 3G calling which the company is promoting the device with, and internally the device is powered by 1 GHz Dual core processor.
When it’s the 3G connectivity being promoted, you really shouldn’t expect anything else much because you are bound to see only that and nothing much in the other specs, as the rear camera that you see in the Iris 3G 356 is a 1.3 megapixel shooter which comes with a flash, and there’s a front VGA camera which would assist in the video calling through the 3G connectivity.
