Google Android chief Sundar Pichai recently announced that Google will be releasing Android SDK for wearable devices in this month, making the existence of Google Smart watch stronger. The rumors about the Google Smart watch stated few months back and now the prolific leaker @evleaks came up with some important specifications of this smart watch.
According to his leaks, the LG-made Google Smart watch will have a 1.65 inch IPS display with 280 x 280 pixels and 240 ppi pixel density, making it tag bigger than the Samsung Gear that runs on Tizen OS and sports 1.63 inch Super AMOLED screen. The Google Smart watch would have 512 MB RAM and 4 GB of internal storage, similar to the Gear. According to earlier rumors, it would support Bluetooth 4.0 LE.
The Samsung Gear was compatible with only few Samsung Smart phones that would be running on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean or higher, but the Google Smart watch is expected to work with most of the Android devices that will be running Android 4.3 or later. The Samsung Gear comes with 320 x 320p display, 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage, these are the similar specifications that can be seen on the Google Smart watch.
Earlier the prolific leaker also noted that the device will be introduced at the Google I/O on June 25th and 26th and Google will be announcing the complete schedule of it later this month. Other details of the Google Smart Watch, like the processor and the battery like are not yet know but we should be expecting nothing less than its competitors. More over the design of the device is also not known so it might be interesting to know if Google is planning to bring out some new design to its Smart watch.
