Internet & MMS Settings – Backup all the settings from “Applications > Settings > Wireless and Network > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names”

- Now, once you have created the backup you now need to download and install the USB Drivers in your computer, ensure that at this time the phone is not connected with the computer.

- After this download LG Software Update Tool and open to run the same in your computer to follow the on screen instructions for updating the phone with the latest version of Gingerbread 2.3 release.
