HTC One V – 3.7 inches screen size, 480 x 800 pixels resolution
LG Optimus L7 – 4.3 inches screen size, 800 x 480 pixel resolution
As we go through the devices almost all the features remained same in these devices but the major difference you could see is the display screen size. HTC One V is with 2.7 inches screen size providing a maximum resolution of 800 x 480 pixels but Optimus L7 is with bigger 4.3 inches screen size providing same resolution as of One V. One V is with 252 ppi pixel density which is considered higher than Optimus L7 which is with 217 ppi pixel density.

Both have 5 mega pixel camera on the rear side which can be used to take vivid photos and record HD videos at 720p. Additionally LG Optimus L7 is front facing VGA camera which is not seen on the One V device which can be used for face to face video chat and video calls. Both the devices provides 2452 x 1944 pixel resolution and has the features of auto focus, LED flash and loaded with better image capturing capabilities.
HTC One V is boosted with HTC ImageSense which comes with point to shoot picture quality. Other features like touch focus, Geo-tagging, Face and Smile Detection, Auto Focus, Panoramic Photo and Image Editor are common in both these devices.

Further more the updates to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean will be out soon for these devices still bringing out few features additions.

HTC One V is with 120.3 x 59.7 x 9.2 mm as the device dimensions and weights 115 grams whereas as Optimus L7 is with 125.5 x 67 x 8.7 mm with weight as 122 grams. Optimus L7 is thin device with 8.7 mm as the thickness, One V is with 9.2 mm thickness.
HTC One V is with 1500 mAh battery which is a good rating for the device providing a standby time of one and half day easily and since its with Android 4.0 its optimized for less battery consumption but that is not enough to beat LG Optimus L7 which has better 1700 mAh battery.
When it comes to storage comparison both the devices have 4 GB of internal memory out of which only 2.5 GB is useable, remaining is consumed as the system resources. Along with that it has 512 MB RAM and has a micro SD card slot to add memory card supporting 32 GB of storage.
LG Optimus L7 is priced just Rs 1,000 higher than the HTC One V which is priced at Rs 17,000 in the Indian market.
HTC One V is certainly boosted with the Dr.Beats Audio been added to the phone which truly enhances the quality of the voice output. Beats Audio solely cost Rs 1500 or more but sad part with HTC One V is that, Beats Audio are not provided with the device and users need to purchase it separately.
Good thing about LG Optimus L7 is that its with WiFi Direct and Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP connectivity options. Additionally LG has powered this device with LG Live TV which allows you to view the movies and TV channels live on your mobile phone.
Both HTC One V and Optimus L7 are almost similar devices as we go through the comparison we obtain nearly the same specifications. The only difference is the Optimus L7 is with larger screen display with 4.3 inches but One V even though has 3.7 inches screen, is with better pixel density.
HTC One V is certainly with advanced designed different from regular devices and LG Optimus L7 too has a L Style design. We leave it for the users to check out these devices personally hands-on at leading stores. We felt that One V is better device with better display and features.
