Yes, NTT Docomo most of the time uses the model number of the device as N08, SC04 etc.,. NTT Docomo in association with NEC Medias has come up with the tablet PC which can make best sellers like Nexus 7 and Kindle Fire look like heavyweights. Called as Medias Tab UL N08-D, the tablet just weighs less than 250 grams and it’s the lightest Android tablet ever available.

Medias Tab UL N08-D is not just only the lightest but it also sports super slim 9.9 thickness. In comparison with other tablets like Nexus 7 at 345 grams and the recently launched Kindle Fire HD weighs 395 grams. It’s not that easy to decrease the weight of the tablet but NEC Medias have achieved this by employing the carbon fiber body which is lighter in weight.
Going through the specifications of the tablet it sports 7 inches LCD touchscreen display and powered with 1.5 Ghz dual core processor. The screen provides a maximum resolution of 1280 x 800 pixel resolution and the processor provides faster response time. Medias Tab UL has two camera with 2 mega pixel camera on the front facing and 8 mega pixel camera on the rear side with Exmore R providing better videos & photos recording capabilities. The device packs 3100 mAh battery and ships with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. No details on the pricing information of it were revealed. Though battery specifications are on weaker side because it uses TXT display screen.
