We see many more devices coming up powered with Intel Inside chipset and the latest one in the town is Motorola Razr I. Yes, you heard it right as Motorola Mobility & Intel collaborated in making a device dubbed as Razr I, it was announced through an event at London on September 18. The company says that Razr I is the biggest launch since the Razr series was introduced. Razr I is actually a variant of Razr M launched last month in New York. It looks like the newly announced device will arrive first in European market and later hit the rest of the world market.

Motorola Razr I is the device which fits in palm of your hand perfectly. Going through the specifications of the device, it’s sported with Super AMOLED display screen with 4.3 inches in size measured diagonally providing a maximum resolution of 960 x 540 pixels made up of Corning Gorilla Glass preventing it from normal scratches and normal wear and tears. On the back of the device you see a body made up of DuPont Kevlar Strong with splash proof coating. The device overall is just of Razr family with water resistance, dust resistance certification. One interesting thing we have noticed here is that the device virtually has no borders.
It’s powered with 2 Ghz single core Intel Atom processor. Another interesting fact here is that Razr I is the first device to achieve the speed of up to 2.0 Ghz and it’s the first time that Intel has introduced chipset clocked at 2 Ghz, as until now we did saw only 1.6 Ghz as the maximum clocked frequency. The Medfield chip incorporated in Razr I although its single core but it can beat dual core processor of the competitors. Among the other smart phones which uses Intel processor are Orange San Diego, the Lava Xolo X900 and the Lenovo K800.
It sports a 2,000 mAh highly capable battery providing an energy to the device for 20 hours of use 20 to 40 % better than high-end phones like iPhone 4S, Galaxy S II and others. The device will be available in different internal storage variants of 8 GB /16 Gb / 32 Gb respectively priced accordingly. Also it will include the micro SD card support to expand the storage further. It includes 8 mega pixel camera on the rear side with instant launch feature loads in seconds also with dedicated camera button as well. With 8 mega pixel you can do lot more with 1080p full HD video recording and High Dynamic Range (HDR) capable picture taking capabilities includes multi shot mode allowing users to capture 10 pictures in less than a second.
Furthermore this is loaded with SMARTACTIONS pre installed (also can be downloaded from Google Play Store) which allows users to turn their device into a personal assistant guide providing features of battery saving on your device, automate things you do every day and hold your calls when you are in meeting automatically.

The device will be available in the black and white color variants and there is no information about the pricing of the same. Pricing would be revealed just week before the actually available in particular country. The black variant will be available in selected European and Latin American countries like UK, France, Germany, Argentina, Brazil and Mexico. A white version will be coming out in the market in coming months.
