List of Pre Requisites:

  • All the data present in your phone should be backed up with the help of below mentioned data so as to ensure that just in case if the data is lost or corrupted, the same can be restored.

SMS – Use “SMS Backup & Restore app”,
ContactsSync with the Gmail application,
Call Log - Call Log and Restore
Songs, Videos, Files – Copy to internal / External SD Card,
APN and MMS Settings – Note down from the path “Applications > Settings > Wireless and Network > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names

  • Ensure that the minimum charge left in your tablet is not less than 40% so as to ensure that device doesn’t get turned Off in the middle of the process.
  • Disable all the security suites installed in your computer as these tools tend to interrupt the process.
