Motorola that got recognized globally with its Moto G and Moto X has already confirmed that they would be introducing the successor of the Moto X later this year along with few other smart phones and nothing else was revealed about them. Motorola is coming up with another smart phone that was spotted in the GFXBench test and it is Motorola XT912A.
According to the benchmark tests the device will be running on the latest Android 4.4.3 and will be having a 5.2 inch display with 1080 x 1920 pixel resolutions and will be powered by a quad core Snapdragon 800 processor clocking at 2.26 MHz coupled with 2 GB of RAM and Adreno 330 GPU. The battery on the device is not mentioned and we can expect it to be somewhere around 2300 mAh to 3000 mAh.
The device will be having a 12 MP shooter at the front with LED flash and is also capable of taking full HD video recording and also has the options like autofocus, face detection, flash, HDR photo and touch focus. This rear camera is accompanied with 2 MP 1080p camera on the front. The on-board memory of the device will be 32 GB out of with 27 GB is user memory similar to what we have seen in Moto X and it also has NFC connectivity.
This XT912A model number is similar to the one that we have seen the Motorola Droid Razr that was released in late 2011 by Verizon had a model number as XT912. We can’t go entirely on the leaked specifications from the benchmark test as many of them turn up to be a fake. Motorola is expected to unveil the Moto E which will be a variant of the Moto G Smart phone that is a big success in the market. Let see how when this XT912A will be officially announced and is it the successor of the Moto X? Well let’s wait and see.
