    I have updated my galaxy S2 on Official Jellybean 4.1.2 XWLSD Firmware (Thanks You), but now i want to root my device on Jellybean 4.2 Custom ROM Firmware (Jellybam). but my device is not rooted, so i want to unlock root on my device, but unlockroot software in not rooting my phone, please help

    My phone is the Samsung Nexus S anf is on the list. However it os updated to android 4.0.4 (Ice cream sandwich). The phone provider is videotron, which have the habit of putting their own base os versions or information. Can I still use unlock root without bricking my phone?

    Hi, my device is samsung shw-M110S and it’s on the list but not the firmware, it’s firmware is 2.3.6 gingerbread wk22, if I follow the rooting instruction here can I try it without bricking my phone?

    Thanks for the post. Can anyone tell about the experience you can root your device according to list yet? After root, do we have chance to upgrade our firmware version (ex: upgrade to ICS)? Another question, can we decide later to get our original firmware back after we root? In other words, can we Unroot our device back to normal?

      yes you can unroot by applying the default firmware again!

      Is Galaxy R on Android 2.2? That is the maximum Android version that Unlock Root works.
