Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone users who have updated recently with the XXUBMGA Jellybean 4.2.2 Android Firmware, can now root the device with the help of a simple tutorial.     Get PIT for mapping..
    Firmware update start..
    NAND Write Start!!
    Complete(Write) operation failed.
    All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)

    Does this root also apply for the T-Mobile SGH-M919 variant?

      No, as mentioned as of now its only for S4 I9505 model

    The rooting package that you mention in the post for the I9505 device not for the I9500
