How to Root Samsung Galaxy S2 I9100 on ICS XWLP3 4.0.3 Firmware

    I have downloaded the said files but i only have odin and a zImage file. Odin wont let me select that file… it only looks for a TAR file. any help?

    My rooted sgs2 fails to access tyre a apps on as card, do I have to compulsorily do a wipe data/factory reset to avoid this?
    What data set would be wiped, if I do so.
    I am worried about data loss, so being extra cautious
