We go exclusively on the design of the phone. Y Duos is with 60 x 109.8 x 11.95 mm as the dimensions and weights 109 grams. Y Duos Lite is little bit higher on the thickness with 12 mm and it has the dimensions as 58 x 103.5 x 12 mm.
Moreover on the exterior design, Y Duos is with the perfect rounded finished edges whereas Y Duos Lite looks is with simple ordinary design at the edges.
For a smart phone longer battery life of the device is quite essential. Its powered with 1300 mAh Lithium ion battery providing 17 hours and 6 hours on 2G and 3G networks respectively.
Samsung Galaxy Y Duos is successful model and its still priced at Rs 8400 in the India market. The lite variant of this device is priced at Rs 6990 which is like Rs 1400 saving from that of the original variant. So there are reduction done in camera, changes in display size which constitute to Rs 1400 drop in the Y Duos Lite version.
Samsung Galaxy Y Duos and Y Duos Lite more or less have the specifications and features except one or two but for anyone who has fixed priced in his mind can go with Galaxy Y Duos lite or else re recommend users to go with Y Duos smart phone.
