Following the rumours of the Samsung Galaxy Music, Samsung has extended the Galaxy lineup to Galaxy smart phones by announcing Galaxy Music. As the name suggest Samsung Galaxy Music is the device providing superb music enhanced features. Samsung has powered this device with dual frontal stereo speaker seen on the front side top and bottom, Sound Alive incredible technology which indulges the musical sensibilities and SRS and Smart Volume.
The device will have a dedicated music key to provide the fast access to the music player with single press. It includes 3.5 mm standard headphone jack providing users to choose a wide of headsets and it supports multiple audio formats like MP3, MP4, OGG, WAV, WMA & AAC. The music ability further can be enriched via the FM Radio with RDS technology.
Going through the hardware specifications of Galaxy Music, it’s with the smallest form factor comprising 3 inches QVGA TFT touchscreen display providing a maximum resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. It’s powered with 850 Mhz single core processor and includes 512 MB RAM. Though processor is not dual core or quad core but it’s the best according to the price tag it possess.
Galaxy Music is altogether different smart phones coming out with rounded edges design unlike the other Galaxy phones. It’s powered with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system alongside with the TouchWiz’s Nature UX customization by Samsung. Since Galaxy Music is powered with the Google’s open source operating system it will include the apps like Google Maps, Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Navigation, Google Calendar and goodies like Google Play Store to download thousands of Android applications which are nothing but games, widgets and tools.
