Months after the official unveiling and the announcement of the large screen galaxy note, finally the device is going to be available to the consumers in the month of September. The 10.1″ variant of the phablet is powered with 1.4 Ghz quad core processor and comes with Multiscreen Real multitasking with a Embedded S-Pen along with a few dedicated apps which are linked with this S-Pen.
The Pre-booking of this tablet offers you with a option of a free book-cover which costs around $70 or Rs 3249. Currently the Wi-Fi only version is available and is limited to US & Uk, while its under Pre-Order in India. There is no information on the sales or launch in other countries.

The pricing of the 16Gb Note 10.1″ in the US is at $499 while the 32Gb version would be sold at $549 with the 4G LTE versions to be available later this year and the pricing would also be available later for the same. While in India the pricing is not yet announced but you can book yours at a pre-payment of Rs 2000. The tablet comes with Ice Cream Sandwich Pre-Installed with a 2GB of RAM which makes it a pretty decent tablet for the money you pay along with a 7000 Mah battery capacity.
The Tablet is supported with the same S-Pen which was available in the 5.5″ Phablet launched last year and comes equipped with a 5Mp Camera with LED Flash with a capability of 720P HD Video recording at 30fps. The device also supports video conferencing or video chats through the front camera of 1.9Mp.

Aug 6, 2012 : Samsung Electronics long plan of launching Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet has taken a long time but this device is now launched with revamped version in the market. The revamped version will be spotted with 1.4 Ghz quad core processor along with 2 GB of RAM and makes it a better tablet PC.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is completely revamped from its old features as it comes with 10.1 inches 1280 x 800 WXGA display screen and this comes with HSPA + network support providing maximum resolution of 21 Mbps. The quad core processor is the greatest addition to this tablet truely enhancing the quick response and it also features 5 mega pixel camera on the rear side which can be used to record 720p HD video recording. It also includes 1.9 mega pixel camera which can be used for video chat and video calls.
It will be seen with various version available like 16 GB / 32 GB / 64 GB via the internal memory and all of them includes a micro SD card support. It will also include various Samsung hub supports like Music, Game, Learning, Readers, Video, Media. The newly launched Samsung Galaxy S III’s feature of Pop Up Play and Smart Stay are been added to this tablet as well. This smart phone will also include larger battery life 7,000 mAh. Certainly this will be seen with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS and later Samsung will update this Android 4.1 Jelly Bean in the coming weeks.
Going through the specifications this tablet looks like mix breed of Samsung Galaxy S III, Galaxy Note and Galaxy S II. The 3G version of this tablet is been sold in South Korea, Germany, US and United Kingdom and Wi Fi, LTE version will be launched in the last quarter of this year. Device will be gradually rolled out to the other market in August.
Samsung Galaxy Note N8000 Launch & Availability
Since Galaxy Note N8000 is a popular device it will reach many more countries in the coming days.
In Australia its available from August 23, at Samsung’s exclusive Experience Store in Sydney. It will be available through various retailers like JB Hi Fi and Harvey Norman this week. 16 GB model will be sold at % 589 outright, 32 GB Wi Fi only model will be sold at $ 699, while 16 GB 3G model will be available at $ 729 & 32 GB 3G model is priced at $ 839.
In India launched on August 24 its will be available through Samsung EStore site for online pre order. In India its available at a price of Rs 39,990.
