The latest Smart phone and also flagship device of Samsung, the Galaxy S5 has been unveiled along with the Gear 2 and Gear fit wearable device in the Taiwanese market, after it got showcased at the MWC 2014 last month. These devices will go on sale in Taiwan also from the same date like in other Countries, starting from April 11.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 is a 5.1 inch device with Full HD resolution display powered by a Snapdragon 801 quad core processor clocking at 2.5 GHz and is coupled with 2 GB of RAM. The device has a 16 MP auto focus camera at the rear with LED flash and is capable of 4k Video recording. The device also has a 2 Mp camera on the front and is available in 16 GB and 32 GB variants with micro SD card slot to extend it. The connectivity of the device includes LTE support, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and has a 2800 mAh battery and has a 2800 mAh battery on the back to power the device.

The Gear Fit was also unveiled with the Flagship device that came up with a wide ALOLED curved display that made it sit perfectly on the wrist. Even this device is IP67 certified and has a 210 mAh battery on the back. The Samsung Galaxy S5 is priced at NT$22,900 ($753) and the Gear 2 is priced at NT$8,990 ($294).
