Galaxy Tab 10.1 P 7500 and P 7510 (needs no description that they are from popular Samsung brand) gets Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update. Until now you might be tired out using custom firmware for your Galaxy Tab as the upgrade for Ice Cream Sandwich is too much delayed.
Samsung United Kingdom has started rolling out Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade to the earlier launched Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and the update for various other Galaxy Tab models is following back soon. By next month all the Samsung Galaxy tablet version will be updated with the official release.
If you are from United Kingdom and have Galaxy Tab 10.1 Wi Fi, then you can update your tablet via Samsung KIES or Over the Air update. When you are updating with the OTA update then you should make sure that Wi Fi is turned ON your device for easy and smoother process of updating. To update using the OTA, go through Settings > About Tablet > Software and then tap on Check Now and follow the on screen instructions to update your device.
If you are updating your device using the Samsung KIES Then you need to connect the tablet to a PC using the USB cable and then open the Samsung KIES on the PC. Once the Samsung KIES identifies your tablet, it will automatically notify you of the update available and follow the on screen instructions to update your tablet.
Various features will be included in the new launched Android 4.0 update and this might be seen since you are moving from Android Honeycomb OS to Android 4.0 OS. Those are –

Once the update is done you can check for the Android version by going through Settings > About Tablet and it will say the Android version, built number and the firmware on your tablet.
