However, unlike all the firmware update until now, this update is only available via Samsung KIES at the moment and update via Over the Air will be available pretty soon in the coming days as we see some last moment problem detected, so Samsung has wontedly spot update via OTA. As we all know that Samsung KIES is the Samsung PC companion tool for downloading update, backup and lot more. So connect your device to Samsung KIES and look for the update. Make sure that you are connected to internet on your PC to download the updates.

Earlier Galaxy Tab 7.7 was on the Android 3.0 Honeycomb OS and it has 1.4 Ghz dual core processor with 3 mega pixel and 2 mega pixel camera on the rear and front side respectively. Once you have updated your tablet then you can check for the Android version on your tablet by going through the Menu > Settings > About Tablet and then you will see the list of Android version, Built number and lot many other details.
Going through more announcement from Samsung recently, they have launched Galaxy Tab 2 and Galaxy Note 10.1 a Note like tablet is launched very recently.
