Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE on Bell, Telus & Rogers gets Android 4.0 ICS Update
While Samsung continues to be on the top with #1 in devices sold worldwide, one reason why one prefers to go with Korean giant is because it provides on time updates to all of their devices. The Korean giant sent Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update to 9 of their popular devices available in Canada in June and almost it covered all the devices except Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE was left out.
Bell, Telus and Rogers have updated Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE with latest Android version and this update to the device brings the refined user experience following the few enhancements and features. While you are connected to internet via the Wi Fi ensure that you have enough battery life on your device and also ensure that you have taken the backup of any data present on your tablet as it will be erased in due course of update. The process of updating will take not more than 30 minutes and it depends on the internet connectivity and the download rate.
