Samsung Nexus Prime will now be Samsung Galaxy Nexus

We are just few days away from the launch of new Ice Cream Sandwich operating system by Google and with that it would also launch Google Nexus Prime. It was slated to be launched on October 12, 2011 but it is rescheduled to the launch on October 19, 2011.

The Samsung Nexus Prime would be coming to Verizon and it would renamed as Samsung Galaxy Nexus (Verizon) and it would provide 4G. There were rumors that Nexus phone will not be releasing has now been squashed, thanks to this new leak.

Samsung Galaxy Nexus (Verizon)

The Samsung Galaxy Nexus would be available with 4G LTE from Verizon Wireless. Also there is a spotted news that this mobile phone would be just available on Verizon Wireless as of now and no news on its world wide availability.

The Samsung Galaxy Nexus will feature a 4.6 inches Super AMOLED HD display screen with capacitive touchscreen and it would include 5 mega pixel camera with 720p HD video recording along with 1 mega pixel front facing camera. Importantly it will have 1.5 Ghz dual core processor along with 1 GB of RAM.
