Sony Android Walkman Z Launched in Australia – Price & Specs

For the true music lovers and for those who love Sony for Walkman, they will be excited when Walkman Z was spotted during the Consumer Electronics Show 2012. For Sony, their discontinued partnership have made them strong in terms of launching devices and we have seen them attacking with the launch of Xperia Ion and Xperia S smartphone along with many other in pipeline. Sony Z Series Walkman are now readily available in United States and European countries and it was left with many other countries to be released.

Sony today releases Z Series Walkman in Australia which provides true world class entertainment. These Walkman are made of beautiful true display LCD screen  with multi touch input and coming out with 1 Ghz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual core processor for faster response time. These are integrated with S Master MX digital amplifier technology reducing the noise levels and distortion to minimum level thereby enhancing the clarity of the songs been played. It has got 4.3 inches display screen with 800 x 480 pixel resolution and the Android version spotted on them is the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. Among its features it adds GPS for navigation. It comes with an ergonomic design allowing users to share music with their friends and families. These Z Series Walkman are with the ability to connect to speakers, headphones and hi-fi system or with car stereos.

Sony introduces unlimited music services for Z Series Walkman for the music lovers to constantly provide them with millions of songs to start with a nominal basic charge of $ 4.99 per month and premium subscription of $ 12.99 per month. Music Unlimited has the collection of over one million music songs including collection from Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group, EMI Music and from the major publishers worldwide.

It just NWZ Z1050 which has arrived with 16 GB storage capacity in built priced at 249 Australian dollars. This Walkman lacks FM Radio and the battery life of it is just 20 hours of music playback and 5 hours of video playback. Reminding you that these are just music players with all the options which are present in smartphones except voice calls and video calls.
