AT&T Announces Price of Sony Xperia TL – Specifications & Features

Update: AT&T has announced the pricing and availability of the Sony Xperia TL device, and the actual launch date for the same is November 2nd, 2012. This is a 4G LTE device that is going to come into the market with the price of $99.99 with the contract with AT&T. There is already a similar phone all around the world, with the name Xperia T but that was without the 4G LTE compatibility, but the TL indicates the LTE connectivity option in the newly announced phone.

The AT&T promotional video on Youtube to let users know about the specifications of the Xperia TL showed that the device is going to run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, and would have a 13-megapixel fast capture camera with a dedicated camera key. The rear camera can capture the videos of 1080p HD quality, while the front facing camera can do the capturing at 720p quality. The 4.6-inch capacitive touchscreen has a full HD display and the interface is powered with the Mobile Bravia engine.

There is NFC and the device is going to be shipped with the Xperia Smart Tags for the extra features that the NFC enabled devices get, and in fact most of the Xperia series phones have got the NFC connectivity.
