Sony Corporation has come up with two new smartphone announcements to the existing Xperia line up. The two new devices which were added recently are the Xperia Acro S and Xperia Go handset. Both of these handsets are stylish, sleek and durable as it’s with resist life’s challenges without any compromise on quality as this comes with water resistance and extra durability. Both of these handsets are with the standard IP ratings for being the dust proof and water proof tablet with scratch resistance mineral glass displays.
The Xperia Acro S would be the first smartphone by Sony which would be powered with Ice Cream Sandwich OS pre-installed on the phone itself. Acro S is equipped with 1.5 GHz dual core processor and comes with 4.3 inches 720p display screen with Razor sharp clarity. This comes with a beautiful camera of 12 mega pixel with Mobile BRAVIA Engine and includes features like faster image capture within 1.5 seconds from standby mode. This smartphone comes with PlayStation certification and comes with full HD video playback and recording. Also included is the front facing camera with 720p HD front facing camera.
This would come with pre installed Google applications like Google Maps, Google Drive, Google Mail, Google Navigation, Google Picasa and Google Play Store access which is the right place for you to browse to more than half a million Android applications, widgets, games and tools available for free and paid download. The device would be available in white, black and pink colors variants.
Sony Xperia Go
Xperia Go handset is powered with 3.5 inches Reality Display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine which gives you the razor sharp clarity. They come with scratch resistance mineral glass display with wet finger tracking. This is equipped with 1 Ghz dual core processor and provides the super fast performance and would come out with Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS but this would be upgraded to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich it would be done in the Q4 approximately. This would be available in black, white and yellow colors.
This device would be launched in United States with Xperia Advance name. This will be come out with 50 GB of the free cloud storage capacity from BOX.net valid up to 31 December 2012. This is to counter attack the offering made by HTC to provide 50 GB of the data storage to Dropbox and comparatively having Dropbox storage is quite useful than Box.net.
