Spice Stellar 524 with 13 MP Camera Available for Rs. 8899 – Specs & Details

This year the Indian manufacturer Spice has brought quite good phones. We have seen their android one device last month itself. Spice has launched its new smartphone called as the Spice Stellar 524 this week. So far, the company has not listed the smartphone on its site.

The Spice Stellar 524  sports a 5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The phone is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor with Mali 400 GPU and coupled with a 1GB RAM. The phone just has a single sensor i.e. a G sensor. It runs Android v4.4 KitKat OS, right out of the box. It has a Cambered ergonomic design, and as claimed by the Spice, it is first of its kind in the Indian smartphone market. The phone uses the dual injection body for robust build quality.

On its camera front, Spice Stellar 524 sports a 13 MP rear camera with LED Flash and has a 3.2 MP front-facing camera. The phone can shoot full-HD 1080p videos. In the camera app features such as panorama, HDR, voice photo capture Continuous shot, Autofocus, Face beauty, Zero shutter play, Voice photo capture and smile shot have been included.

Stellar 524 offers 2,540 mAh Li-Po embedded battery. Various connectivity options have been provided such as 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS, but NFC is missing.

Last week the company launched three new smartphone under its ‘Mi’ series, namely Stellar Mi-503, Stellar Mi-507 and Stellar Mi-516. These all phones feature dual-SIM support. On the company’s site, the new stellar series smart phones have been listed.  The Spice Stellar Mi-503 is priced at Rs. 6,249, the Spice Stellar Mi-507 at Rs. 6,999 and the Spice Stellar Mi-516 at Rs. 7,999.

Spice Stellar 524 is available in India at a price tag of Rs. 8,899/-(MRP Rs. 10,799/-) via online retailer Saholic. It comes in White colour and has support for 21 different languages. At this price point and feature phone will compete with Karbonn Titanium S19, Xiaomi Redmi 1s, Moto e, Moto g (1st generation) and Zenfone 5.
