The Swipe All-in-One tab is a very poor gadget – its battery life is max. 2-3 hours (when you are reading a pdf!), the sdcard port is left open for any dust to accumulate in it!, voice calling is on loud speaker, poor performance! The worst buy in all of my electronic gadgets. The service centre took more than 6 weeks to replace the battery. Call the customer care (1800 1 038 038) for a technical support and the customer service representatives are never available.

    Dear Sir,
I purchased Swipe All in one on 31/10/2012. IME no.s of this are 911241750011270 & 911241750011262, which was direct purchase by depositing cheque of Rs.12000/- in swipe bank account. After receiving it by courier, I came to know that its charger was not working. I could be able to find service center in my city – Kolhapur(M.S.) . After approaching the service center I got new charger after 15 days.
After one month of its use its internet stopped working, which I considered due to network fault. I started using Wi-Fi for the internet which also stopped working. Its battery is also terrific , last hardly for one hour if we use it continuously. Last month its blue-tooth stopped working. So again I approached service center where I handed over the Tablet for repairs on 17/08/2013. Till date I have not got the repaired tablet. The service center person tells that it is sent to higher center(Delhi), waiting for some important part.
What should I do as its warranty is expiring on 31/10/2013.
    Dr.Suhas Kothavale.

Do your homework before posting. You mentioned the resolution as 800×480 while the spec sheet shows it as 1024×768. A tablet with SIM slot for calling and data transfer is bound to be more expensive. So, why compare with other cheaper tablets that have just calling function and ask you to use wi-fi or 3G external dongles for data browsing?
