Many things in T-Mobile G2 handset are different from its predecessor T-Mobile G1 except the landscape style physical keyboard. HTC is known for fantastic smartphones designs and G2 is one among them. The HTC G2 mobile phone has got some different construction. It’s capable of producing rich looking colors to choose from 16 million and it’s nowhere close to AMOLED display. At the bottom of the screen there are four capacitive buttons namely home, menu, back and search keys.
On the left edge of the mobile phone we have the microUSB port with volume rockers keys with some good touch. On the top edge includes the 3.5 mm headset jack along with dedicated power button. T-Mobile G2 handset runs on Lithium ion based 1300 mAh battery which provides a talk time of 9 hours and 30 minutes during 2G and 6 hours 30 minutes during the 3G usage. The standby time on this device is 430 hours during 2G and 400 hours during 3G though these are the ideal parameters tested at the extreme suitable conditions.
