    Neal,
I found two files from that link which you have provided. C-Rom Bean 4.2.1 v2 and C-Rom mix V6. I downloaded both. When I tried to install, only the first one worked (C-Rom Bean 4.2.1 v2) but the 2nd didnt work on my Galaxy S. This Kernel is too good !! So far no issues. But drawbacks are there is no Swype keyboard and I didnt find the mobile tracker in security settings .
    Thanks Neal :)

can i directly flash this update from the recovery mode rather than again flashing 2.3.6, and rooting it.?
and which file should i use, “Rom Bean 4.2.1 v2″ or “C-Rom mix V6″??!!
    please reply soon Neal :-)
    thanks

All buddies – This is very impresive update and worth to Give 4.5 of 5.

I faced the same stucked mobile inbetween updating from zip. But try doing same procedure again from “intalling the ROM from zip” step. You all will succeed.

I have been using this rom from last two weeks and try to give some comments on it. I hope the developers will take this positively and as points for betterment:

    1. As all know GTi9000 have free 397MB RAM only. and this ROM covers around 300+MB of that. It means there is very less RAM available after applying this update.
My proposal to Developers is try reducing the RAM consumption so that we can install other third party applications and can have some RAM in spare for smooth working.

    2. Its missing two main applications : FM Radio, Office Application for Word,Excel,PowerPoint,PDF. Please try to include in furthur customization.

    3. Its missing Samsung Apps. application.

    4. I did not find any difference in sound after installing addon of Beats Audio. Am I correct?

    5. Video player and audio player is missing 5.1 effect which was originally there in official update. Is it possible to include?

Of course, we can find some from Add-ons and other websites. But if included, it would be saving much time and increase completeness of ROM.

I hope my comments are clear to you and you will consider these in further release. I will come out with further, if I found any.
