How to Update Galaxy S I9000 with Paranoid Jellybean 4.1 Custom ROM Firmware

This Paranoid custom ROM Firmware is based on the tablet UI which is a very popular firmware for Galaxy S2 and Galaxy S3 smartphones. SMS – Use “SMS Backup & Restore app”,
Contacts – Sync with the Gmail application,
Call Log –Call Log and Restore
Images, Songs, Videos, Files – Copy to internal / External SD Card,
APN and MMS Settings – Note down from the path “Applications > Settings > Wireless and Network > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names

  • Enable the Samsung KIES Mode, which can be enabled from the Settings option and also you need to enable the USB Debugging Mode too from the path “Settings > Applications > Development > USB debugging”.
  • Ensure that the minimum battery level is 50% and also you will have to disable the antivirus as well as firewall tools tend to disrupt the firmware update process.
