The firmware i am on is UHKG7, now can i directly flash to the AOKP+JB or do i have to upgrade to a different firmware like XXLPX or something before flashing the new ROM? let me know

    thanks a bunch

    Nice and fast, but…
    – No USB mass storage mode.
    – Mount points of internal and external SD cards are awkward. Gallery spots only internal cards, cannot play music from microSD (need alternative player).
    – Radio is not working, even if app acquired.
    – No call barring in settings.

I’m relatively new to this. However I have managed to sucessfully install this ROM by following the excellent instructions on this website. I love to look of this new ROM, however I have one small issue. I’m not sure if I did something wrong, but I dont seem to be able to access my external SD card anymore. None of my pictures are showing in the Galary and looking under ‘Storage’ it does not show my SD card. Is this a know issue or is there something I can do to resolve this?

I cannot connect to my wifi and without it I cannot use the rom as my connection to my phone provider is so rubbish, this is Ireland in the year 2012 and we cannot get a decent mobile service, it is like the dark ages here. Keep up the good work, looks like I shall have to go back the the nexus rom. Best wishes and thanks Wez

Hi my friend I feel so silly, after wiping the cash, and all that and reinstalling the rom all is well. The trouble which I had was authentication with my router/modem, I must have entered the password wrongly. I shall now settle down and have a good mornings fun with t rom. Thanks again for all you good work and please keep it going. Regards Wez
