How to Update HTC Incredible S with ICS Android 4.0 Alpha 2.1 Firmware

    my hboot version is 1.16.0000 how can i root my phone?
    it was s-off but after updating with Wi-fi now its S-ON and i cant s-off it

    Hi –
    I followed the steps you have laid out – for the last 35 mins, my phone is just showing a series a color palettes moving around in circles. I tried to boot it back into recovery mode ( by pressing the volume Down Key and simultaneously pressing the Power button) it goes back into the same kind screen i mentioned before.
    Can u pls suggest a way to get back to Bootloader or Recovery?

      which was your last version, have you backed up the firmware?
